Pulpit Point Committees

Pulpit Point is administered by three entities – the Management Committee, the Managing Agent (Strata Manager) and the Facility Manager.

The Management Committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting from PPHOA owners and can only be a maximum of 6 members, and has absolute approval and control of all PPHOA financial matters, works and expenditure.

The Marina Committee manages the day to day maintenance and operation of the Marina, in consultation with the Facility Manager. They report back to the Management Committee.

The Garden & Grounds Committee manages the day to day maintenance of the garden, swimming pool, tennis courts and water feature area around Pulpit Point, in consultation with the Facility Manager. They report back to the Management Committee.

The Tennis Committee manages tennis competitions and reports any maintenance requests back to the Facility Manager. They report back to the Management Committee.
