Pulpit Point Home Owners Association Incorporated (PPHOA) comprises 134 residences from free standing homes to townhouse and unit style accommodation, together with six strata buildings. The Estate is spread across many acres of prime harbourfront land and includes two pools, tennis courts, water feature and gardens, community centre and carpark, and one of the few private marinas on Sydney Harbour.
The PPHOA estate is managed by an elected PPHOA Management Committee on behalf of all 134 Pulpit Point Owners, and their directions are managed in turn by the PPHOA Facility Manager.
The PPHOA Strata Manager as selected by the PPHOA Management Committee, undertakes the collection of levies from the Owners on behalf of the PPHOA, legal applications and the compliance to governance.
Levies applicable are the Common PPHOA Levy and the Marina Levy for those Owners who have licenced a berth.
The collection of any levies for the six Strata Buildings within Pulpit Point, is a responsibility of their individual strata manager and is in addition to the PPHOA levies.
There are a number of committees that ensure the proper management of the Marina as well as the Grounds and Gardens, and that they remain well maintained, compliant and up to date.
